Note on Satin Stitch Width:
Satin stitch letters 2” or larger—and about 7mm or wider—will often be split into two feathered rows. Most embroidery machines won’t stitch satin columns wider than 7mm, so the split is automatic to maintain stitchability. Most software accounts for this when generating design files, and the finished look remains visually consistent.
